Please inform us at least 40 minutes before you arrive, so we can arrange staff to welcome you.

Important notes

During your stay

A few reminders help keep your stay comfortable and avoid delays.

Always bring your key card

The key card is required to use the elevator and access your floor. Without it, you will not be able to go up to your floor.

Support staff are located quite far away. If you forget your card inside the room, assistance may take some time. There is only one spare key card.

Housekeeping service

The housekeeping fee is 300,000 VND per service. Please inform us in advance if you would like room cleaning during your stay.

Cleanliness

Please keep the room and common areas clean. Do not leave trash outside the corridor.

Property care

Please use all furniture and equipment properly and carefully. Compensation may be required for damage caused by improper use.

Do not rearrange furniture

Please do not move or rearrange the furniture without permission.

What to do if a breaker trips

The electrical panel is located near the entrance door.

Case 1: A specific breaker trips

For example: air-conditioner, water heater, sockets, lights. Sometimes during use, a breaker may switch off automatically.

Open the panel and simply switch it back on. The breakers are clearly labeled, such as Lighting, Kitchen RCCB, Water Dispenser, Air-condition, and Sockets.

Case 2: No power in the room

If you have turned the breakers back on but there is still no power, the system may not recognize the power card.

  1. Remove the card from the power slot.
  2. Turn off the Main MCB.
  3. Wait a few seconds.
  4. Turn the Main MCB back on.
  5. When the slot light turns blue, insert your official room key card. Do not use the temporary card provided in the room.
